This policy describes how curistack® handles personal data collected through www.curistack.ai.
Data controller
The data controller is curistack® (Curi Luca, Curi Gabriele). For any request please write to info@curilex.com.
Data collected
We only collect the email address that users voluntarily send to info@curilex.com to request Early Access, plus the content of their message.
Purposes
Email addresses are used to communicate the opening of the private beta, the launch announcement and product updates about curistack®.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given at the time of sending the email.
Retention
Data is retained until consent is revoked or, in any case, for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction.
Your rights
Users may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of their data by writing to info@curilex.com. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority is also guaranteed.
Third-party services
Email is handled through our standard mail provider, which acts as an external data processor. For statistical analysis of site usage, we use Google Analytics 4; see our Cookie Policy for details.
